The\u00a0IMC Group<\/strong>\u00a0is fully aware of, and has been taking all necessary measures to secure compliance with, the relevant provisions of the European Regulation (EC) 1907\/2006 concerning Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals\u00a0(REACH)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Being a global leading company in its field with substantial operations in Europe, the\u00a0IMC Group<\/strong>\u00a0is committed to comply with all relevant provisions deriving from the REACH Regulations in accordance with the timescale which is specified therein.<\/p>\n

Accordingly, the\u00a0IMC Group<\/strong>\u00a0has engaged T\u00dcV S\u00dcD, a leading European organization who possesses profound expertise and experience regarding implementation, compliance and guidance in connection with the REACH Regulations, to provide an ongoing support in order to ensure compliance with the REACH Regulations by the IMC<\/strong> Group<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Based on the actions taken by the\u00a0IMC Group<\/strong>\u00a0in order to ensure compliance with the REACH Regulations, it is hereby confirmed that all substances manufactured or imported into the European Union by an IMC Group<\/strong> member that are subject to registration under the REACH Regulations have been registered, and an Only Representative has been appointed for such substances. It is further confirmed that such registration was completed within the required timescale dictated by the REACH Regulations.<\/p>\n
